SERVICES and RATES

Dr. Holifield works with school districts outside of San Luis Obispo County to assist in threat assessment program design, training, and measuring program effectiveness. Case consultation and support can be provided to school districts involved in a complex threat assessment and wish to have additional support.

Dr. Holifield merges previous experiences in resdiential mental health settings and current experiences working with developmental disabilitiy organizations to provide specific threat assessment consultation to community-based organizations, group homes, regional centers. Staff training, threat assessment design, and case consultation can be provided.

This service is specific to mental health providers outside of San Luis Obispo County who may have a client who is presently having a threat assessment being conducted or has had a threat assessment recently completed.

Dr. Holifield can offer consultation about the threat assessment process, role of the therapist, working with schools and agencies, and offer options for intervention strategies.

Presentations  cost is a Base Price that include preparation time and presentation time. Additional costs such as handout copies, travel, mileage will be negotiated within each individual contract.  This covers a base audience of 15 attendees. Larger group costs may be higher.

Providing individually-tailored coaching to enhance executive functioning and memory skills

Individual neuropsychological, psychological, or psychoeducational  assessment for learning disorders, ADHD, Executive Functioning Deficits, Autism, Intellectual Disability, and emotional issues.

This includes review of records, school-based observations, testing, interpretation, report writing, and IEP attendance. Additional involvement in mediation or due process hearings is charged at a higher rate.
