These established rates are based upon the current professional market averages for each category. Dr. Holifield has independent contracts with third-party payors as well as vendor agreements with companies and non-government organizations where different rates may apply.
Dr. Holifield works with school districts to assist in threat assessment program design, training, and measuring program effectiveness. Case consultation and support can be provided to school districts involved in a complex threat assessment and wish to have additional support. Dr. Holifield does not provide individual threat assessment to students or individuals. Only case review and feedback is provided.
Dr. Holifield merges previous experiences in residential mental health settings and current experiences working with developmental disability organizations to provide specific threat assessment consultation to community-based organizations, group homes, and regional centers. Staff training, threat assessment design, and case consultation can be provided.
This service is specific to mental health providers within Ventura County who may have a client who is presently having a threat assessment being conducted or has had a threat assessment recently completed.

Providing individual therapy to teach coping strategies to manage anger, impulse control, anxiety, and depression.
Individual neuropsychological, psychological, or psychoeducational assessment for learning disorders, ADHD, Executive Functioning Deficits, Autism, Intellectual Disability, and emotional issues.
This includes review of records, school-based observations, testing, interpretation, report writing, and IEP attendance. Additional involvement in mediation or due process hearings is charged at a higher rate.
